← Replies in Cajun Spiced Potato Hash with Sausage Recipe

I have made this a couple of times now. The Cajun spice I use is sweeter and doesn't have a lot of heat, which seems to work really well for this if you are making it for non-spice lovers. Definitely worth chucking the equivalent of 2 medium peppers in though, rather than just the one!

I am in the UK, and the sweeter spice was the Tesco Supermarket own brand one! I'm not sure about other countries or permanent availability so I have attached a photo of their ingredients list!
