Always on the hunt for the "perfect" Cinnabon... This one was... Hard. But that could have been my fault. I could have heated the milk a squidge too much and just killed, or at least, maimed the yeast. Either that, or the yeast was on the turn. It took forever to get the rise I was hoping for. But other than that, by the time I EVENTUALLY baked and slathered it all in frosted goodness, the family was delighted with the results. It could also be that they were just desperate for the long-promised rolls. Me - I'm more tough to please, and I'll have to make this again to make SURE this is as good as they say. 🧐
