The chicken came out great and the pasta came out great. The hardest part was the sauce. As you can see in the picture it is very thick and choppy looking also not a creamy white color either. I substituted the minced garlic with garlic paste and the diced tomatoes for grape tomatoes cut in half. Also the heavy cream wasn’t thickening because I used too much butter & added more cheese and heavy cream thinking it would help. Also I only had mozzarella cheese so used that & added grated Parmesan cheese at the end.
