1. Take out 2 chicken breasts as early as possible to allow approximate time for it to defrost. let them soak in cold water to defrost.
2. get all your ingredients out and measure them out in individual bowls etc. 3. Once chicken is defrosted cut and put into bowl
4. Dice tomatoes, cut spinach, 5. Add olive oil to your pan put chicken in then add seasonings. Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper. 6. Once itโs done separate in bowl. 7. In the same pan add butter and garlic, add spinach and tomatoes add heavy cream and add the cheese last. Let the sauce thicken 8. While doing the previous step get another pot add water with salt and olive oil let bow tie pasta cook at a boiling point for 9 min on medium heat. 9. Drain pasta separate in bowl 10. When sauce is creamy enough add everything together & eat.
