This recipe is spicy but AMAZING! I used mostaccioli pasta and Johnsonville Andouille Smoked Rope Sausage, 13.5 oz . I also used 4 oz of shredded pepper jack cheese and 4 oz of mozzarella (didn’t have Monterey). I didn’t do salt or pepper it’s spicy enough and we don’t eat much salt.
It’s so quick and easy and a family favorite.
