I adore these, the puffy and crispy texture, along with the garlicky taste. If I was to do it again, I would add a bit more garlic to increase the flavour (as it's a tiny bit bland). I would also add some self raising flour as it's very flat, and keep it in longer to achieve even more of that lovely crispiness.
I used dried parsley instead of fresh with a 1:1 ratio. I don't know the difference but it worked nicely anyway.
Overall really good! I ate some for lunch, nyam nyam.
