I loved it! Alas, I had fine bulgur, not coarse, but it worked really well with shorter cook time. Directions on the package said cook for 12 minutes. At that point it seemed too al dente, but most of the water was absorbed. I turned off the fire and let it sit for about 7 more minutes while I finished the rest of the meal. I stirred in 1-1/2 T of butter. It was delicious.
I also used an Anaheim pepper, which gave it a mild spiciness. I would definitely do that again rather than a bell pepper.
