This recipe is fairly simple since Chia pudding is the natural result of soaking Chia seeds in flavored liquids, generally with either plant or cow's milk. The matcha powder and the honey should dissolve in the milk even cold, and you add the Chia seeds and let it sit five minutes. Then stir it again and cover and refrigerate. It should take at least an hour or two to form completely, but many people make it at night and leave it for breakfast the next day.

Thank you! I've made matcha lattes before and I could never get it to dissolve in the milk (I usually use almond milk).

I've had some times as well. When I do I just warm the milk a little. But oat milk might be better than almond as it is already somewhat more viscous, so I think it might incorporate the matcha better, but that's just a guess.
