Under 30 minutes

Added cucumbers, parsley and green chillies for freshness. Sauce was soy sauce, sugar, gochujang and oyster sauce. Added a little extra toasted sesame seeds, served woth basmati rice. 10/10 would do it again

Looks great! How did you get the chicken so crispy?

It's not chicken, it's ground beef and I just pan fried it with a little bit of oil. The sauce really gives it a kick of flavour and colour
