Love the seasoning mix - this is our go too mix whenever we make any fajitas. Easy to make it in the oven in one pan but sometimes it gets too liquidy/soft, We prefer to cook this on a flat top griddle. Cooks faster and has a better seared, roasted flavor. Great by itself or on tortillas, rice, etc. Great as leftovers too.
