Cookies tasted fine once baked, but the dough very crumbly and hard to handle. Would not call this the “best chewy chocolate chip cookie”. Also, very sweet….borderline “sugar-gritty”.

Take them out of the oven 1 to 2 minutes before and only let them cool for 3 minutes and don't scoop them out to cool get a wire cooling rack to put on the part of the stove you cook on to save your counter
