I wasn’t able to grab about half the ingredients from the grocery store I go to, so I used ground turkey and two bags of coleslaw mix. I cooked it all on the stove in one pot. Added quinoa and then the peanut sauce per the recipe. Mixed in 2 tsp of Thai red chili paste and a splash of fish sauce. Shook a little salt, garlic and onion powder on it at the end as well. Next time I’ll add more veggies. I also added dry roasted unsalted peanuts. So delicious!
