Yum, yum, yum! An absolute fav of me and my fam's 😊 Can't say enough good things about it. It's so creamy and delicious, and the mushrooms soak up a lot of flavor.
Also, could probably easily make this vegetarian by substituting the chicken with more mushrooms, and even make it vegan I'm sure! We like to have it with pasta usually, but rice is quite good too!
