I've made her recipes before and have had good success and they have been very delicious. No doubt this was quick to make but it was not quick to cook. I had to turn the heat up, cover it and add an extra 25 minutes. (I admit the chicken breasts were thick) Because of the hotter temp and extended time my dish was not as saucey. I think next time I will dice up the chicken or use canned shredded chicken.
My son (15) and I liked it and we both went back for seconds so in my book it was a successful meal. And I'll definitely keep trying her recipes. 🙂
