Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Bake with Crackers

There is so much flavor packed into this dish. It’s one of those quick dump and go recipes, all you need is one dish! It took me 5 minutes to prep and I could do some things around the house while it baked.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Grease a 9x12 baking dish
Step 3
To a large mixing bowl, add both packets of rice, cream of chickens, chicken broth, shredded rotisserie chicken, seasonings, 1/2 cup cheese and broccoli. Stir until well combined. You could also do this in your greased baking dish if you want to use less dishes
Step 4
Pour mixture into baking dish, then top with your remaining shredded cheese
Step 5
In a small bowl, melt your butter and add in crushed crackers. Mix and spread on top of your casserole
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
