So delicious! It is super runny and needs to be reduced much longer than stated, but it is worth the wait! Don't add the cream until you've reduced it to a thicker-than-needed consistency, then add cream and simmer if needed. Also, I would add in another pound of chicken next time to make this a main dish that feeds six easily.
