Very delicious! You need more than just 9 lasagna noodles for all the mixture and a larger pan than 9x9.
I did not use my food processor to make the tomato sauce. I just heated up a can of tomato puree in a sauce pan with the ingredients it called for. However I could not avoid using the food processor for the veggies to get the right consistency.
