This recipe was very dry at first but edible with some cream cheese on it. However, after a day in a sealed container the flavors melded and they were much better. I recommend making them in advance. Also I find the health rating frustratingly inaccurate. This recipe is healthy but gets a poor score due to saturated fat content. Dietary fat impacts blood cholesterol levels more than dietary saturated fat so I believe that it should have a better rating.
