This is the best sweet potato casserole I have ever made and it’s easy to prepare. I use this same recipe to make a pie. Slightly brown a ready made pie shell and follow the directions for the casserole. Put the sweet potatoes in shell and top with crumbled. Cook for 40-45 minutes. Cool throughly before eating. Enjoy!
