This was delish! Didn't bother doing it in the slow cooker though. Sauteed the leeks as per the recipe added stock and flour, chucked everything else in except the spinach and crème fraiche, simmered on the hob for 45 mins. Added the creme fraiche, spinach and dumplings and baked for 25 mins. So good!
