el huevo se separo del queque y abajo quedo una capa dura. Segui todos los pasos, y creo que fue porque puse la bandeja de agua en el horno y el huevo se cocino MALA RECETA

The problem is the water bath. The egg didn't separate but rather the lower part of the cake boiled. I tried both and without the water turned out perfect.
