I've prepped these two weeks in a row for work lunches now and they are AMAZING. The second time I omitted the veggie bouillon to reduce the sodium level & I actually prefer it without. Easy, fast, healthy, and SO YUMMY. My coworkers were all jealous and asking for the recipe lol
