Didn't have pepitas - used sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Used only green cabbage, half of a head that was plenty.
Made as a side with grilled shrimp and veggies.
Leftovers made a delicious spring roll filling! Added fish sauce to the slaw mix with about 3 shrimp per roll. Great way to use up the leftovers.
