Overall an easy process, not too time consuming, but plan to spend a few hours start to finish. The dough was soft and tasty, and the cinnamon sugar was a dream. I recommend putting a bit more powdered sugar to the frosting and whipping it for awhile so it's actually frosting. Also the kitchen smelled wonderful the whole duration of this recipe recipe.
