I used potato nails so i didn't have to poke any holes in them. I tried this at 400° for 30 minutes in my air fryer but 30 minutes wasn't nearly enough! It didn't even get soft. I cooked it for an additional 40 min and it was perfect!
I tried again with 2 potatoes for the same amount of time. Perfect again!
