I love this recipe, I made it as written the first time, but I love it as an easy meal and tweak it a little every time. One time I had no meat so I added kidney beans and more spice. This time I had chorizo so I used two 9 oz tubes of that and skipped the creole seasoning. It was really good. Will definitely make this meal again. I speed it up by cooking the rice ahead of time and its as easy as hamburger helper.
