I used almost twice the amount of blueberries and regular butter.
I hand mixed for a good 20 minutes as hard and fast as I could but couldn't get close to the darkness in color.
I wish I had a mixer to get that beautiful color, but the taste was very enjoyable. Not too sweet. Small batch.
