Notes :
1. Feel free to experiment with different spring vegetables! While asparagus, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes are a great combination, you could also try adding in peas, zucchini, or spinach, depending on what's in season.
2. Don't be afraid to adjust the seasoning to your taste. If you like things spicier, feel free to add more pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes. If you prefer things less salty, go easy on the salt.
3. Make sure to reserve some pasta water to add to the sauce! This starchy water helps to thicken the sauce and bring all the flavours together.
4. If you don't have cream cheese on hand, you could try using mascarpone, goat cheese, or even a dollop of plain Greek yoghurt instead.
