I expected it to be more of a pie, but it is not. It has no structure whatsoever, it is all a watery caserole underneath some layers of filo pastry. The taste is good, but I didn't like the recipe because it was misleading. The time for this one is "40 minutes", BUT they ask for cooked chicken as an ingredient, so that takes a lot longer to precook, the cooking times are also off. In only 15-20 mins of baking the filo pastry is not cooked enough, and also when you boil the whole composition, 10 minutes on the stove will not do it. I have boiled it for over 40 mins only to reduce the water for.it notto be horribly runny, but still, too much water was left. The whole process took me about 2h to complete.
