Hi, Solomon! Thanks for sharing the insight. For sure, if you cook lasagna, the pie sweet can puree won`t work. It`s better to keep it for desserts. Go for the not-sweet type. Guys, I`d be glad if you leave any info on what variety you have in your country. P.S. Moranga was used in this recipe ( that`s what it`s called in Brazil).
