Next time I’m going to cook the chicken in a separate pan. Or either grill it. Cooking in the same pot made it taste gamey since it’s dark meat chicken. Also, I didn’t add the rice because I don’t like the texture of rice in soup, but I did add cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips
