Simple to make. The quantities were wrong though. Used 500g of beef but should have used 800g, used 1 bunch of broccolini, should have used 2. Didn’t bother washing the beef, seemed senseless to me, I’ve used marinades for beef before with bicarbonate of soda and they tasted fine without the washing. I will try it again with the increased quantities as it was a quick and easy meal to put together in 30 minutes.
