Wasn't sure about the Italian seasoning but added anyway. Left out the tomatoes (did not go too well with the family, so will add next time ๐) and replaced by red and yellow bell peppers and red onion. Also added a pinch of habanero.
No Keto here so served on rice.
Broccoli was soaked in boiling water for a few minutes because you really don't want it in there all raw and rubbery.
Will make again.
