Made a savoury version with sesame miso paste and Szechwan pepper salt (weird combo but that's what I was craving at the time lol) and toured some sweetheart cabbage into it bc I don't have bak choi rn. Definitely will be better if I added shiitake mushrooms 🤠 oh and add msg when you are cooking it literally makes anything taste so much better especially when you are cooking veggies!
