Scheduled this on Superbowl Sunday, ๐ but I made it anyway for husband's lunches this week.
I confess I used already seasoned tofu (Nasoya PlantSpired Teriyaki) but I still made the sauce because the company doesn't have much sauce in the package.
The recipe calls for 14 ounces, but Nasoya's package is about 10. Not a problem really.
I did taste it the night I made it but have now had it for lunch and I definitely will be making it again.
Since we didn't eat it when I made it, the pic was just for youse guys. As you might be able to see I added some of the red onion to the spinach as well.
