The instructions seem to be unfinished. However, it was pretty easy to figure out what to do if you look at the picture. I believe the mayo and sriracha are mixed to make a DIY yum yum sauce. I already had some on hand, so used it instead. Turned out pretty delicious. The only thing I would change is cooking the salmon whole and then cutting it into cubes.
