Sooo good! The only finicky part is loading the skewers.
I was a tablespoon short of the soy sauce so I supplemented with worcestershire. Also, I thought I had sesame seeds, but apparently I used them for something else, so I added a teaspoon of sesame oil instead.
It was the best thing that I've made in a while. I served it with some homemade chimichurri and caesar salad.
