Instructions

Step 1
Freeze beef for about 20-30 minutes before prepping to make slicing easier. Slice roast into thin slices and set aside.
Step 2
Slice green onions and grate garlic cloves. Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
Step 3
Place beef in marinade and mix till it’s fully coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
Step 4
An hour before you are planning to barbecue, soak your wooden skewers in warm water to prevent burning on the grill.
Step 5
Preheat barbecue to 450 F and grill beef skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy.
