Makes leftovers
I don't have an instant pot so I did this all in my large pot on the stove. I used edemame instead of peas and used a shocking amount of my crunchy garlic chili oil because that stuff is good enough to eat straight out of the jar. Served with Jasmine rice.

Looks delicious and I agree, that crunchy garlic chili oil is way too good. I try to watch the calories though lol
