The flavor is definitely there, but if you don't like chasing your pie all over plate, tighten this up by adding 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to your lime juice and heat to 95°, then add juice/cornstarch mixture to condensed milk. I also folded in 1/2cup freshly whipped heavy cream plus 6 drops of lime juice. This will make your pie firm up if you don't have cream cheese.
