Used oven ready noodles. Extra parm (fresh from rind). Didn’t have parsley or fennel but just used extra Italian seasoning and couldn’t know the difference.
Next time try:
“I like to assemble the lasagna the night before method so noodles can sit, the sauce can marry, and assembly is easier”
“Sub Romano instead of Parmesan or do half of each”
