So so good. I only used one package of tempeh. Seasoned everything with Mikes original seasoning and then the seasonings listed as well. Cooked as it says. Did not bake with the cheese on top. I tried that but it just burned and looked gross so peeled that off and let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes after turning the oven off.
