This was pretty good, but next time I'll make a few changes. My husband didn't really like the cornbread coating, but he did like the flavor of the chicken, so I might try doing some kind of marinade with it. I also substituted the veggies in the recipe with corn on the cob wrapped in aluminum foil which turned out awesome! Takes more prep time than expected but it was a nice change.
