Maybe it was makers error or not but mine were gooey but not in a good way, super oily (I tried absorbing as much oil as I could) and they had no flavor. The saving grace was a marinara sauce. Not sure what went wrong.

Ciao Chris, I’m so sorry it didn’t go well, sometimes depending on the type of potatoes you use you get different results… I suggest rising a white paste potatoes for this preparation 🥰
