Very easy and delicious - I live in a very warm, humid climate (unlike Greece), and so I think I need to play with the amount of water to make this bread more airy. Will definitely be making this again! With high quality organic flour and oil, it still cost me only $2 compared to $7 or more for this large if a loaf!
