Instructions
Step 1
- into a large bowl add the flour, the sugar and the yeast and mix very well with your hands and at same time fluffen the flour too

- then add the salt and mix again
Step 3
- then add the warm water and the olive oil and mix with your hands or a wooden spatula
Step 4
- a sticky dough will be formed, then start punching the dough with your fist for about 5’ mins and the dough will become very elastic, smooth and sticky at the same time and this exactly what we want
Step 5
- sprinkle with some olive oil and cover with plastic wrap and let rest and double the size for about 2-2 1/2 hours
Step 6
- then flour the counter top and pour the dough over
Step 7
- start shaping it by folding the sides, first one side and then the opposite
Step 8
- transfer the dough into a Dutch oven with parchment paper, cover and bake for 35’ mins at 450F (230C)
Step 9
- then uncover and keep baking uncovered for about 20-25’ more minutes
Step 10
- when is ready place it over a rack covered with a kitchen towel and let rest for about 30’ minutes
