Specifically chili powder. I did also add garlic powder. It just ups it another level. I added two packets of Sázon cilantro and tomato since I didn't have fresh cilantro. Also added a dash of chicken stock, and cut my breasts in half to cook faster. On low, it took about 3 and half to 4 hours.
Oh! One other thing I added was minced onion.
I think this would be even better with some olives thrown in. And then roast some bell peppers in the oven on the side.
