Hands down the absolute best meatloaf I’ve made! EVERYONE loved it. Paired great with some homemade mashed potatoes (with cream cheese, butter, buttermilk, salt and pepper) and green peas. So delicious!!!! Making it again this week. The kids are begging for a remake already.
