Very easy to make and pretty tasty. However, a tablespoon of chili pepper flakes made it barely edible for me and perfect for my boyfriend. I had to mix in Greek yogurt and more pesto to my portion to make it tolerable (was actually quite a good pairing). I would recommend half a tablespoon of chili for those who want medium spice. It didn't get browned on the top, which was a little disappointing. Maybe broil for a few minutes before pulling? Paired well with baked chicken thighs.
