I doubled the recipe because the pork and noodles came in packages double the quantity, and left-overs. It was a little bland as written. The soy sauce was not enough (and yes doubled accordingly for the double recipe, still needed another double), and added sweet red chili sauce. It still tasted like it was missing something.
It was incredibly easy to make, and even easier if you just use a big of cole slaw mix, with carrots, from the store. Seriously, less than 20 minutes and I'm a very slow cook. The family scarfed up almost all the double recipe.
